spiral paper rose video tutorial

We hope you all had a wonderful Easter weekend! We're enjoying spring break this week, so I apologize for the lack of posts. Too much fun going on with our kiddos! But I do have another flower video tutorial for you that I put together for Lasting Memories. These have to be my favorite flowers I've done a tutorial on so far. They're gorgeous! Also, if you're in the Seattle area, be sure to join us this Saturday for another live flower demo and make 'n take at Lasting Memories. And check out our other flower videos from the past few weeks, like the box-top, the fan-fold, the fabric rosette, the puff ball, and the six-petal rose. Enjoy!

Thanks so much for the post! I've been trying to make paper roses but mine always turn out looking like cones. Now I know what I was doing wrong!

do these kinds of paper flowers work with fabric? because i saw the one fabric rosette but itd be neat if they all worked with cloth (=

Yes, you should be able to make them with fabric! I've done it with felt, and I'm sure if you used a double-thickness of fabric it would turn out darling!

This is a really great idea! First time on your site and I'm very glad to have visited. Thank you so much!

Shopped my house for card stock to try this design and came across some old holiday cards, cut them into squares and made your flowers out of these. They came out great and made me feel good about recycling at the same time:) plus all materials were FREE! definitely worth making no matter what you use
