paper roses video tutorial

I was suckered into doing another video tutorial for our flower demos at Lasting Memories last week. I only say that because my friend London somehow talked me into taking her place at the last minute. But I'm really happy to be able to share it with you! Here is a video showing how to make these beautiful paper roses that I've been using to decorate cards and the tops of gifts lately. I'm trying to will Spring here a little early with all these paper flowers I've been making. I think it's working--it was 65 degrees here on Monday! Wahoo!

Would it be possible to get a template for the flower?

Is she using cardstock or regular scrabook paper?

Thanks for the tutorial! I love these resources that Little Birdie makes available!

I love these! So pretty and versatile.

Can you tell me what die cut you used for the initial shape? Size, brand, name? anything would help. I would like to make a bunch of these for church and would rather not hand cut all of them!!

Thanks!

Nice! Btw, tip, try to use hard stock paper, I tried it with papers like 60gsm, and well its still darn nice, but the effect isn't as great as the video is, you can also divide it into 8 petals, but you need a few more layers of petals or cut them close else it looks too wide. :)

so yes, hard paper is better.

Thanks for this tutorial!! :D

smth new aside form the kawasaki rose.
