We're blogging over at Make and Takes today, so go check out our rice heat therapy bag tutorial!
My mom and I made these last year! I love them! They are the best when you have a migraine. They give just enough pressure it help take it away.
WOW.... I make those too.Mine I call Rice Snugglies. I had a tutorial up a while back too.http://thegardenbell.blogspot.com/2009/11/snugglie-bag-to-sooth-you-soul.htmlStop on over and have a peak at my take on the MUST haves to survive winter. Love you blog and am so glad to have found you. Keep it up.
My mom made me one a few years ago, and the material has started to wear, so thanks for this post, I'll be able to make my own!! :D
Oh I have one (I made it really long) and it's so nice. Between mine filled with rice and my kids filled with corn... it smells like dinner time at bedtime (we use them to warm our feet at bedtime).
Great job, loved your little tutorial. Thse would be good pocket warmers too if made with denim (sturdier).
I will totally go check this out. My sister made some of these and has given me one. I love them, and with 3 kids I could sure use more than one! ;)Rebecca of the R&W Gals
How funny! I have been working on those too and have been getting a post ready for my own blog! Great minds think alike!
what a GREAT gift idea, I think I might make this for a friend that gets bad migraines! Thanks for sharing!
So pretty! Lots prettier than the man's tube sock that my rice warmer is. :)
I am going to have to make a few for my kiddos.
I'd never heard of these but they're a great idea and so easy to make even I can manage it!
I make these too and I like to crush up cinnamon sticks into small peices to include with the rice. When warmed it smells delicious enough to eat!
