My mom and I made these last year! I love them! They are the best when you have a migraine. They give just enough pressure it help take it away.

Oh I have one (I made it really long) and it's so nice. Between mine filled with rice and my kids filled with corn... it smells like dinner time at bedtime (we use them to warm our feet at bedtime).

Great job, loved your little tutorial. Thse would be good pocket warmers too if made with denim (sturdier).

I make these too and I like to crush up cinnamon sticks into small peices to include with the rice. When warmed it smells delicious enough to eat!
