Okay, I said I wasn't going shopping on Black Friday, but I just couldn't resist the flannel sale at JoAnn! Check out what I picked up for less than $1 a yard! For that I will gladly drag my boys to a fabric store to wait in line for an hour and a half. So. Worth. It.

I just wanted to take a break from doing dishes take a moment and wish you all a happy Thanksgiving! Jess and I are so thankful that we have so many wonderful readers that allow us to share our ideas and be stay-at-home moms. What an amazing blessing! Here are my two little turkeys, sporting feather headbands we made while the rolls were baking today. Each feather has something we are thankful for. Believe it or not, my 8-year-old son came up with this crafty idea for us! I am thankful that he loves to craft with me.

Busy working on a million projects right now (6 hours a day without kids is still not enough time for all the things on my list!), like bedspreads for my boys. Can I just get housekeeper and chef for a week? Anyone want to volunteer for the sake of crafting? That might help.

But I thought I'd better take a break from the sewing machine to mention the Single Layer Sassy Black Aprons Under $10 at FlirtyAprons this week.
