gummylump giveaway

We have loved working with GummyLump in the past, and we wanted to let you know about an amazing project they have going on. They have 300 Crafts for Kids in 2011.



Almost everyday GummyLump will post a new preschool craft on their blog and facebook page.
These projects use basic kids art supplies and generally take from 5-30 minutes to complete. Not all will be strictly crafts, but all will be creative and appropriate for preschoolers. This is such a neat project. I have a preschooler at home and I am always looking for fun projects to try with him. Although these projects are geared for preschoolers, they also contain modifications for children with special needs, and option to make them more challenging for older children too!

They have already posted lots of crafts, so you will want to head on over to start trying them out! There has been a sensory dinosaur craft, shiny sequin design, hearts bouquet with sparkly vase and much more!

I know I love all that GummyLump has to offer. I recently received some Melissa and Doug Craft kits from them and they are always a huge hit with my kids. Today GummyLump is giving away a great collection of easel companion supply set and an easel!

    I am so impressed that they have a special needs section! I really like the Basic Skills Board and it's exactly what I've been looking everywhere for! My son is 5 and has autism and hasn't mastered zipping, tying, buttoning, etc. This board will be benefical to us! :D

    I love the food groups play food set! Although I am not a fan of toys with "pieces" my 2 year old is so into cooking! I found him the other day watching Ratatouille and pretending to cook along with the movie. Too cute!

    I start student teaching in the art classroom very soon so I'm all about art for young kids! My 9-month-old was "drawing" valentines with crayons for his grandparents yesterday. He'd love a little doodle pad or finger painting pad!

    My favorite item is the sushi slicing play food set. I think it is just adorable, but as I was looking over things my daughter ran up and saw the easel. She said, "oh, oh this is what I want!" We lost all our toys in our last move so this would be incredible for us!

    My grandniece has challenges with arm and hand coordination and my mother (her great grand) wants to help her through painting. Another grandniece would benefit from the basic skills board, which is what I like at gummylump. Thanks for the giveaway.

    My 3YO would love the Mellissa and Doug Kitchen, or the Lemonade/Grocery Stand. He loves playing with the 1987 Little Tikes Kitchen at my moms house and the wooden M and D food is sooo cool.

    Love it!! I'm totally following gummy lump too now. My daughter L.O.V.E.S. to paint, so I would want the easel companion set too--I love those paint cups--we had some when I taught preschool, and they were heavenly.

    What a fun site. The play food is my favorite, especially the ones that you can "cut" with a knife. My three-yr-old is really into wanting to cut his own food and I know he would LOVE those, but they're still big enough pieces for my twin one-yr-olds.
